Warranty and Repair

Warranty

We accept replacement of items due to faulty accessories within 7 days from receiving the item. To report a warranty claim:

  • Pls email hello@aly-upcycled.com a photo of the faulty component along with your order reference no.
  • Wait for the confirmation with 24hrs with instructions.

For addresses within Metro Manila, we can have your item picked up. For addresses outside Metro Manila, you will need to ship it back to us and we will reimburse you for the cost.

Step-by-step details will be provided when you send us an email and the replacement is approved.

Please note that our products are made from up-cycled materials therefore imperfections and discrepancies in actual color patterns are to be expected. No two items are exactly the same. 

 

Repair

We accept repairs for our items. Labor is free but shipping and replacement of parts are for the account of the customer. 

To process your repair:

  • Pls email hello@aly-upcycled.com a photo of the component / part that needs to be repaired;
  • Wait for the confirmation with 24hrs with instructions.
